What do I need to be able to place an order for prescription eyeglasses?
Can I send my prescription by fax or email afterwards?
Yes, you can! Just scan or upload a photo of your prescription and email it to email@example.com . You can also fax it: 1-800 (will give phone number later). We’ll send you a reminder email in case you forget.
I am having a hard time entering my prescription. Can I send it to you?
You can scan it and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org , snap a picture and send through text to 1-800(will be given later) or you can read it to us over the phone and we can input it for you. Please include your order number on the text, email or fax. Call, Chat Online, or Email one of our Glasses Specialists and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I get a glasses prescription?
You can get a glasses prescription from either an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. If you already have had an exam, your eye care provider is required by law to release a copy to you.
If you need help getting a copy, we would be happy to call your eye care provider for you.
Is the order checked to make sure that nothing is wrong before shipping it to me?
Yes. We have trained opticians that quality check all of our frames and lenses prior to shipping them to you.
Can you help me choose a style?
How do I choose the right size frame for my face?
We include the size measurements on the product detail pages for each frame. If you have current eyeglasses, you can most likely see these measurements written on the inside of the temple of your current glasses or on the back of the bridge.
The measurement is generally written like this: 52-18-145. The first measurement width of the lenses, the second is the bridge size (distance between the lenses), and the third is the temple size.
Can I order just the frame?
Yes. On the product page, as you configure your frames and lenses, you can select “Frame Only.”
Can I use my contact lens prescription to order glasses?
No. These prescriptions are generally different from each other.
Can I change my order?
No problem. Just email us or give us a call at 1-800-(will give later). Try to contact us within 12 hrs, since we process our orders very quickly
Can I cancel my order?
No problem. Just email us or give us a call at 1-800-917-7083. Try to contact us within 12 hrs, since we process our orders very quickly. If you cancel before production you will be refunded 100% within 14 business days.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation, what should I do?
If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after two business days please email or call our Customer Service at 1800- will give number later
Can I order Frames with "Plano" (no prescription) lenses?
Yes. Simply select “blank” lenses on the product page as you configure lenses. Plano lenses are free and you will have the same great CR-39 lenses that someone who has a prescription would receive.
What is the warranty?
Great question! All of our glasses come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers regular wear on your frames for 1 year and lenses for 30 days.
You can extend your warranty to cover accidental damage and prescription changes with our VV Coverage.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
We limit coupons to one promotional code per order.
How can you charge such low prices?
We cut out the middleman because we own our labs and equipment. This cuts out our overhead costs – passing along the savings to you!
Can I return it?
Of course. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your glasses within 14 days, we will return your money. No questions asked and completely hassle-free.
How do I return or exchange it?
Contact our Customer Service through the ‘Contact Us’ page. We’ll send you a free return shipping label. Please include your glasses and cleaning cloth in the case. Once we’ve received your return, we will process your store credit, exchange or refund.
My glasses arrived damaged. What now?
We’re sorry to hear this happened! Damages rarely occur during shipment, but if it does, we’ll fix the problem immediately. To return your glasses and get a new pair, email email@example.com with your order number, found in your confirmation email, and a picture of the damage.
